Sliprail Terms of Service

1.1 These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fengcen ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Fengcen website (including fengcen.io) and the Sliprail application (collectively, the "Service").

  • Subscription license is linked to individual email addresses and is non-transferable
  • Includes access to all features
  • Includes all updates and support services during the subscription period

3.3 Usage Restrictions

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the software is prohibited
  • Circumventing trial period or subscription restrictions is prohibited
  • Sharing or reselling subscription accounts is prohibited

4. User Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

4.1 User Obligations:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Refrain from any activities that compromise service security

4.2 Prohibited Activities:

  • Unauthorized access or use of the service

  • Infringement of intellectual property rights or privacy

5. Intellectual Property
