Snippets

The Snippets extension lets you store and quickly access frequently used text fragments in Sliprail. Save email templates, code snippets, meeting notes, or any text you reuse often, then insert them with a single action.

What you can do

• Store text snippets for quick access
• Add snippets to shortcuts for instant insertion
• Search and manage all your snippets
• Copy snippets to clipboard with one click

How to use

• Use the SearchSnippets shortcut and press space to display snippets, then continue typing to search
• Add frequently used snippets to shortcuts for instant access
• Use ManageSnippets shortcut to open the management window to create, edit, or delete snippets

Managing snippets

Use the ManageSnippets shortcut to open the snippet management window, where you can create, edit, and organize your snippets:

• Name: The snippet label you will search for in Sliprail
• Content: The text content of the snippet
• Shortcut: Enable to add this snippet to your shortcuts for instant access

Tips

• Use descriptive names for easy searching
• Add your most-used snippets to shortcuts for fastest access
• Keep snippets organized by purpose or category
