Clipboard History

The Clipboard History extension lets you quickly browse, search, and reuse your recent clipboard items in Sliprail. It works with text, images, and files.

What you can do

• View recent clipboard items in one place
• Filter by type: text, image, file
• Search by keyword within your history
• Delete items you no longer need
• Optionally sync history to the cloud

Privacy

For your privacy, Clipboard History is disabled by default and does not record data until you turn it on. To enable it, go to Settings > Extensions > Clipboard History and turn it on.

How to use

• Use the ManageClipboardHistory shortcut to open the history management interface.
• Use the SearchClipboardHistory shortcut and press Space to quickly view your recent clipboard items.

Filters

After activating the search with SearchClipboardHistory + Space:

• Filter by Type:
  • Type :image to show only image history.
  • Type :text to show only text history.
  • Type :file to show only file history.
• Search with Keywords:
  • Type :image:your_keyword to search within your image history.
  • Type :text:your_keyword to search within your text history.
  • Type :file:your_keyword to search within your file history.

Cloud sync

History sync is off by default. Turn it on in Settings > Cloud Sync if needed.

Tips

• Right-click an item to delete it
• Keep history recording off on shared machines if privacy is a concern
